# Technical details

Printfolio uses the token 2022 standard for our token, allowing us to add an 8% buy and sell tax on top of a rebase system based on a PDA (program derived account) that manages the protocol assets without the need for manual intervention. This also strengthens the security system (the developers don't have access to your tokens). 

We also use Raydium pool CLMM to optimize internal protocol swaps. Because the process involves multiple swaps, we prioritized having the best swap management system available.

#### How does this system operate ?

When you buy or sell $PF a 8% tax is applied. The collected taxes are then converted to solana and then swapped again to the current reward token.
